ABOUT
BOOK REPORT WRITING
When
it comes to writing book reports or reviews, students are always
quite confused. They go to any available resource that will help
them in writing the book reports. They seek for advice on what they
should include in their book reports or book reviews. Well we have
developed this guide in helping students in writing quality book
reports. This book report writing guide has no other rationale than
to help students in writing book reports up to a quality they always
dreamt of. The first thing that we tell a student is to ask your
teacher. Although this is the universal guide for how to write a
book report or book review, we still urge students to consult their
teachers before writing book reports.
Also,
students should be aware that a book report is generally very different
from a book review, so it's important to know which one you were
assigned to write.
For

Difference
between a book report and a book review.
Many people use both terms in the same breath but there are
important differences. A book report is completely factual. It includes
information on the author, title, place and year of publication
as well as a summary of the content of the book. A book review,
on the other hand, is much more personal. It is really an expression
of the reader's opinion of the work, or of specific aspects of the
work. The review will probably include much of the same factual
content as the report, but it is the reader's personal opinions
that are most important. You can check our separate tutorials on
book reports and book reviews on this site.
